What we collect

When you send the estimate form on this site, we collect what you type into it: your name, phone number, and email address; the business name and project address if you provide them; and the project details — service, project type, approximate square footage, and any message you add. The form also records the page you submitted from. Name and phone are required; everything else is optional.

How we use it

We use it to respond to your request — to call or email you back, ask any follow-up questions, schedule a walk-through, and prepare an estimate. We keep a record of the request so we can pick the conversation back up if you get in touch later. We do not use it to send marketing you did not ask for.

Who sees it

Tarmasters Asphalt Paving is the asphalt division of Ford Concrete and Paving, which is the operating company. Requests sent through this site are handled by that team, and your follow-up will come from them. Your information is also processed by the service providers that run the form — our email delivery provider, our text-messaging provider, and a Google Sheet where requests are logged — strictly so that your request reaches us.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We will disclose information if the law requires it.

This site

The site is served over an encrypted connection. Standard server logs may record technical details of a visit, such as the pages requested and general device information. The estimate form includes basic anti-spam checks that look at how the form was filled in, not at who you are.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or email and we will take care of it. If you would rather not use the form at all, call (816) 789-0700 and nothing gets recorded through the site.
